Where should I go for a tour?
Canopy Lofts lobby is located at 601 R Street, directly across the street from Pinnacle Bank Arena. The entrance is on the northwest corner of the building, next to the Red 1 Garage.
If you have a credit score over 600 and proof that your income is three times the monthly rent, you will not need a cosigner. If you do not meet these requirements, you will need one.
What is the application fee and security deposit?
The application fee is $50. If a co-signer is needed, their application fee is waived. Security deposit is one month’s rent.
Apartments are not furnished leaving you the opportunity to customize your space.
How do I make payments?
Payments can be made online using our secure portal 24 hours a day. You may pay by credit card or e-check. There is a convenience fee for using a credit or debit card.
Do you allow pets?
At this point in time, we do not accept pets.
Do you roommate match?
We have several tenants that have met their best friend by roommate matching. We strive hard to set you up with the right roommate. Contact our office for more details at 402.477.6767.
Is security offered?
We have a 24/7secure access community. Security guards are in the building on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Is parking included?
The Red 1 Garage, owned by Park-N-Go is located right next to Canopy Lofts. The second floor is reserved for Canopy Lofts tenants. Call Park-N-Go to reserve your spot – 402.441.7275.
